Payfast

Hi I'm Annette Mostert. On the 26th of October at 6:59 I payed Ketolifestyle SA R1000 through Payfast (***). It went off my bank but Keto did not reveive anything. At 8:42 I payed them again with same order number and again it did not go through . On 29th October I payed Zero BS R2435 at 13:22 (***) and that amount also did not go through.

I spoke to both companies and they said they will follow it up with them and said that I payed into Payfast acount. I dont know how that could happen because i did exactly what I always do..I always choose the instant EFT option ..go into my bank ..aprove the transaction but what happen was that money went off straight from my bank and no one receive their money...but money is off my bank acount.. I phoned payfast i emailed them and nothing happened .. Money they owe me is over R4000 😬😬
