PAY "FAST"????? Maybe consider REBRANDING. I made a purchase on Takealot using your INSTANT EFT PAYMENT SERVICE and I sent POP using the reference supp**** by PayFast, then waited for 5... 10... 15 minutes and oh... your system could not locate the payment, so I have to submit it manually. PayFast is supposed to make our life easier, not bureaucratic!!! If you know that this happens often because banks have delays, then warn the consumer BEFORE you take their money!!! You cannot offer a service called INSTANT when the only solution is to then submit the proof of payment manually, liaise with an agent, etc. and then wait for 48 HOURS for you to be able to even see that the payment was made. I mean, this system is ARCHAIC and definitely NOT INSTANT. It's much faster to just pay using ANY OTHER method but yours. Customers buying things online want a seamless experience. They do not want to deal with call centres or support tickets via email, they want to just buy something and enjoy the convenience of it. You spoilt our purchase with Takealot, which is an excellent service provider.
