Pathetic customer service.

After 3 weeks of useless investigation on why a client of mine, while clicking on my Paygate payment link ended up paying a company in Botswana, I have been told that the link on my website hadn't been updated from VCS time. (I am still looking for the communication regarding this). And now, well... it's up to me to contact the other merchant in Botswana to try to get my funds back. A massive bug on their system, but I need to clean the mess????? Busy looking for a new service provider after 10 years of using their services....
