Ordered Items not delivered

Payfast only act in the interest of Sellers since they get commission for each transaction concluded but when the buyer lose money they don't act to facilitate the refund or forced refund since they hold account of the seller, they claim to verify the details of seller and is this claims of verification that makes us as buyers to put trust in them.

I placed an order with Speedquip as seller even today I haven't received my order after courier company claimed my parcel was ******, I tried to contact the saller and courier company none are cooperative to facilitate replacement of the items or refund, I then turned to payfast since my payment was made through their platform I sent them an email even today I'm still waiting for response , it seems I lost R1520 like that, I call this an organized crime syndicates. How posible that three companies involved no one is willing to assist a buyer .

Speedquip as Seller, Payfast as payment platform and Fastway as a courier company is sad for buyers.
