Online purchase through Payfast
I bought items from Afterburn Grow online yesterday 24 October 2023 via Payfast. Immediately received email acknowledgement from Payfast that they have received my payment.
When no-one from Afterburn Grow contacted my by today 25 October 2023, I contacted Payfast and requested that they please refund my money as I think this Afterburn Grow is a **** company.
Neither Payfast nor my bank, ABSA, was willing to even attempt to recover my money.
Be careful, just because it is a payment via Payfast, does not make it safe. Payfast, and ABSA, just refuse to assist you in any way!

For assistance on obtaining a refund or assistance on a way forward, we would suggest contacting your bank once more as they would be able to advise on a way forward.
