Nothing "fast" about Payfast

Absolutely abysmal service from the Payfast team! And no way of effectively getting in touch with them!

Paid for a TakeaLot online order using Payfast's direct deposit services yesterday via EFT, followed all due processes, received payment confirmation from my bank and to date.....still no payment received by Payfast. This means my order with TakeaLot (for my son) has been cancelled.

So where is the money that has been successfully transferred from my bank to Payfast? Absolutely, unacceptable abysmal service.
