Non Existent Support
I have been a merchant with Payfast for 3 years. Their support levels are horrible. This is the 2nd time that I have sent a support request by email that just goes unanswered. I am not sure if it's just that laid-back vibe prevalent in Cape Town, but for a company this size, it's not acceptable.As i write,there are more nimble payment processors taking your market share!
