Non-existent buyer support from PayFast

PayFast Byer support is almost non-existent. I contacted over 20 days ago to follow up regarding a transaction through an online merchant. This merchant is a *******, but the PayFast team don’t get back to me regarding my query or refund. I would appreciate any feedback. I am very disappointed
