No tickets No refund

I bought 2 tickets for the concert in Sun City on 8 February 2023 and made a payment via Pay fast. Ticket Pro then sent me a message within 15 minutes after the payment was done and advised that no payment has been received from the Payfast and as a result my tickets will be cancelled and I should contact Payfast directly for a refund. I then logged a query with Payfast for a refund and I haven't received my refund to date.

I am really disappointed in those two companies especially with transactions involving money and people must be careful with Ticket Pro when buying tickets and Pay fast when buying online.
