No Refund After 10 Business Days

If I could rate PayFast zero, I would.

After 10 business days waiting for a refund initiated through their platform, the refund has not been paid at all.

When I call my bank to enquire they can't even see anything meaning either the merchant I purchased from is lying or PayFast has not released the funds.

I think this is ********** business practices because if I knew refunds would be an issue using the platform, I would not purchase from any merchants using it.

This is absolutely terrible.
