No Help No Service

Late December 2023 i app**** for payfast integration to my e commerce Dropshipping website sjayexpress.com i app**** as an indevidual as a dropshipper. I was asked to complete and submit all supported documents which i did. However days after submitting documents i received an e mail from Langford Mathee requesting a document... ( Supplier Agreement ) as this person infored me that it has been noted that i am selling high priced goods ?? Seriously ?? How am i supposed to get a Supplier Agreement from 100's of suppliers advertising their goods from AliExpress website which i dropship from the site into mine and selling it ? I have never heard of this before, neiter has AliExpress or the company that designed my website RMS. I rep**** to this person and to sales informing them that i am an Indivdual and i have a dropshipping online store. I have not had any reply or any confirmation since. ??
