Negative customer experience with payfast

what a negative customer experience i had with this company PayFast . The customer Service Representative by the name of René P ,keeps demand that i submit prove of home address and when i do so using the bank statement she says that is not permitted even though on their own website ( payfast ) clearly states that you can use bank statement as a prove of residential address - what a joke!
