NCC and CGSO needs to investigate Payfast

Hello Peter please help us with government body that deals with cases like this one. These guys are a law unto themselves. They are simply refusing to give us the money, or service that we pay for. I wonder where the government people like the NCC and CGSO do they ever bother to look at conduct(s) of companies that operate willy nilly like this without a care for its customers. Is this even a South African company? How many times has South African companies been fined in countries like USA and Nigeria, the likes of MTN. Why is Payfast allowed to do what it is doing in this country, why? Its a pity i cant attach the screenshot to show i have comp**** with what they asked for and yet the account is not verified.
