My money ****** from my bankaccount!
I have made a payment via payfast on the 20th of Feb2023 to pay a company called Vivid Nuance. The money was taken from my bank account but never got to the merchant. I have emailed Payfast but they say I must contact the merchant which I did the Merchant send me a list of the payments they received and I wasnt on that list. So what now! My money is gone from my bankaccount and not one of the parties takes responsibility!!
