Lost Pay records

<p>Under the Consumer Protection Act you may not be charged for services not delivered, or services not delivered as they were advertised.</p> <p>I am happy to accept a refund or credit to the value of the amount paid from my account. I have sent proof of the transaction reflected on my bank account. It is not satisfactory that the issue goes unresolved because of a failure to review the records at your end.
