Lacks adequate protection for buyers

<p>They appear to be offering a service similar to PayPal, where they process payments on behalf of merchants, though, be warned that they have no such thing as "Buyer Protection." They do NOT protect buyers against ************ merchants. There does not appear to be any way to log a dispute on a transaction. I had to complain to my bank to try and get something done.</p>
