Lack of support with verification

For a few days now I have not been able to make a payout from PayFast into my bank account. They say verification is pending, which I submitted a few months ago. I also phoned the Cape Town offices directly, and have still not been helped, although the Cape Town office says it seems all my verification documents are in order.
