Lack of Response by PayFast

On 2 October 2019 I purchased products online using PayFast as payment method, the promise from Revivo Capsules.com is a two day delivery from the date of purchase online. On 7 October my products were not delivered and I registered an online query with PayFast (***) and until today they have not returned to me nor has my products been delivered. I have attempted to call their number *** but queue is long and it costly to keep waiting for minutes.
