Lack of customer e

I am utterly annoyed to say the least. I placed an order for a tent on takealot last week Tuesday. Once the payment went through on Payfast the order got cancelled and I notified them about this. It’s been a week that I’ve been trying to get my order delivered and no one wants to take accountability. Payfast wants to refund the money but the price of what I ordered has since gone up. Who should pay the difference because I paid for the tent for the price that was advertised.

Every single day I have to send out emails regarding my order and no one want to take accountability.
