Integrations Department ***********. Zero customer support.

We have been trying to connect paypast payment system to our online store for 5 weeks. It takes a minimum of 2 days to get a response on queries. Integrations department has no concept of how the actual online sales system works. Last call, we were told that we need a separate payfast account for each product! ridiculous! And of course this also does not work. Today we asked to speak to senior management of integrations. We were given the incorrect name, and our contact hung up. Still no response or solution.
