How do u retrieve my money back from payfast, removed my merchant key and ID to avoid more payment going into it

Since December 2022, I submitted my documents for verification and up until now it's says verification pending, I have fund's I can't even access because of this. I've phoned, I've emailed, yet nothing has been done, I was asked 10th January to provide my Marchant key so they can look it up and promised to ask he's board team to look into it but until today no reply so I had to delete my merchant key and merchant ID so that any funds that comes in don't go to payfast anymore but as it stands I still have funds in my payfast account that I would like to request a payout which I can't because my account is yet to be verified 4 months later, how do I retrieve my money back?
