Horrible Service And Bad Response Time

I am just writing here to complain about your poor attitude towards customers and their money as even though you handle many transactions a day i am sure you have the funds to staff your company for black Friday i have purchased and paid payfast and takealot is yet to recieve the amount hence you are breaking consumer protection act laws by withholding my money for something that has already been taken out of my account i expect to be contacted latest by midday tomorrow in order to resolve this issue as my money has gone missing and there is no way for me to track where it is and even if it has gone to the right place
