Horrible customer service with no feedback whatsoever

Honestly. For South Africa’s leading payment gateway your customer service is horrible.

I have been waiting more than 2 weeks to a reply for our business verification as well as any support tickets created

I have tried messaging you on twitter, Instagram the works.

It’s literally as if no one works at customer support.

Honestly it’s just bad business ethics
