Highly aggrieved buyer!

Bought a fragrance from a ********** merchant called The fragrance hub on Instagram. When I picked up that they are running a **** I immediately warned payfast and they assured me that the money has not been paid over to this merchant.

Payfast has since stopped doing business with the fragrance hub. They confirmed to still have my funds but are refusing to refund me. Reasons for keeping my funds range from ‘too many people are complaining’ , ‘to cover payfast’s losses’ and the classic one the manager Nebullah gave me being ‘in case you decide to do a reversal’.

I have been sent from pillar to post. No perfume( Which I do not want and this was expressed within hours of payment to payfast) and payfast is unjustifiably keeping my funds!

Be warned guys, payfast does not protect the consumer/buyer at all in cases of disputes. They refuse to pay my money stating that I should take legal action against fragrance hub yet the funds are with payfast! Payfast are the ******* in this instance.
