Great Service

The online payment company called PayFast has done a good job by resolving a query regarding the purchase I've made on Instagram from Richscents. I have made an online payment of R2099 when purchasing a cologne of which I did not receive. I then contacted PayFast and they were quick to respond, within 3 days my query had been finalized and my refund processed. Great service indeed.
