Great Dedication & Customer Service

I reached out to PayFast in desperation after we got ********** from an online plant nursery (Garden Goods: https://www.hellopeter.com/garden-goods). We ordered plants on their website for delivery without looking at their numerous negative online reviews. Needless to say, after we've tried to contact the ********** merchant, I reached out to PayFast in a hope that they would be able to help with reversing the payment. I wasn't very optimistic that they would be able to do anything, but Kaylene from PayFast constantly kept me up to date on the situation.
