I am so glad to see I am not the only one.... HYPEWEAR stole my money, and PAYFAST was the payment portal used. Surely Payfast has to do some sort of vetting or checking before just letting merchants use their service? How is this possible? Payfast must have some sort of way of getting in contact of these people and help people like us, who use their service a lot, to get our money back. When I phoned payfast, they just said sorry, they blocked the merchant, there is nothing they can do for me. When going onto Hypewear now and going all the way to payment, now they switched from payfast to OZOW. There must be some sort of consumer protection act to help us.
