Faudulent companies and zero assistance from them

I placed an order using Payfast and the company is a *****, they still have not delivered my order and they’ve gone on to block me on their social platforms. Reached out to Payfast to find out if they can do a reversal and they can’t assist me as they first have to get permission from the merchant, how does this make sense at all. They do not want to assist at all. Don’t use them as they work hand in hand with ********** companies.
