Extremely poor service and zero communication

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.

It has now been 10 days since the first refund was processed and over 48 hours since the latest refund, yet the matter is still not fully resolved. The client called yesterday and was told they would be called back within 5 minutes — that never happened. I called again today and was given the same promise, and once again, no one called back.

At this point, it genuinely feels like I am being avoided. The constant delays, empty promises, and lack of feedback are completely unacceptable. If there is an issue, it should be communicated honestly instead of leaving customers in the dark.

I have tried to resolve this directly, but the poor communication and lack of accountability leave me with no choice but to escalate this publicly. This is not the level of service one expects from a professional company.

I am requesting urgent intervention from senior management and a clear resolution. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
