Excellent service from PayFast

I would like to thank Mariam Mohamed and Farieda from PayFast.

I had ordered a phone from MiPhones.co.za and after waiting over a month, I asked for a refund (21 Oct). On 3 Nov I contacted PayFast to assist me, as MiPhones had not processed the refund, and by 13 Nov I was refunded in full.

Thank you to the PayFast team. This is how service delivery should be !!!
