Excellent service from PayFast

I contacted PayFast through social media and email about one of the online merchants who use their services. The PayFast staff was very professional and immediately followed up on my behalf with the company that wasn't sending my purchased item. I received the item because of PayFast's amazing customer service, even though it wasn't something that they were directly involved in or obliged to do. Thank you!
