Excellent customer service.

So there was an error on the 19th Nov. When making a payment it gives error and shows payment not successful. However money was deducted but merchant did not receive it. I called the Payfast customer care, and I receive the most friendliest assistance.

The issue has not been resloved as yet,the but because of the employees tone and thoughtfulness I honestly feel they will not dissapoint. Kudos to Akhona, and I think the lady of yesterday was Hayley or something similar. #BlackFriday
