Empty promises and policy

I'm a new business owner of a e-commerce gas online company. My client paid for a product on the 25th Sep 17 of which payfast states there is a 48 hours screening process, after that you can click on a payout option to receive your money within 2 working days. It is the 29th Sep and I have not received my funds even after they promised within 2 working days. I have emailed them numerous times and they have ignored all my attempts. PayFast can not be trusted and I intend to fight them until I get my money. For any new businesses out there thinking of using payfast I suggest and advice you to look for another company.
