Dpo paygate don't do any transactions with them

Don't use anything via this dpo paygate portal I have bought item from karibaa and never recieved I have emailed phone no repose I have sent a email to dpo paygate to refund but nothing as yet stay with payfast items as they are available even on a weekend and they respond Dpo paygate items seem to be ***** Awaiting feedback from anyone
