Don’t get Paygate!
Rather choose a different supplier. They have poor business ethics and poor customer service.
We’ve been trying to change from Paygate Starter Pack to PayGate Switch for 3 months now.
We finally got a form to complete at 16:50 yesterday. Today just after 13:00 we get a mail saying they will close the ticket because there has been no response (less than 24hours).
