Documents Not being Verified
Like many others I who have written reviews lately, I am waiting for PayFast to verify my documents I uploaded two weeks ago. I opened a ticket with them to address this and less than 24 hours later they closed the ticket without making contact nor addressing or rectifying the issue. Ticket number ID 578641

This communication was sent in reference to ticket 575634 as the ticket you mentioned was not in relation to an account verification.
