Dissatisfied customer

I made online purchase paying with the payfast option to takealot and they couldn't release the goods to me as my payment was not reflecting on their side,I call payfast and send them the proof of payment they told me to email takealot I told them they must reverse my money back and they say it's not reflecting on their side as well that was Monday till today no feedback from them and no money
