Disappointed

I’ve been a merchant over 3 years no complains, great service however their verification department is bad, after updating details my account pending verification, I was told it will take up to 48 hours for verification process after reaching out through calls, email and chat box, 48 hours have passed and they don’t take it to consideration that we can’t do payouts leading to customer order delays and refunds to impatient customers.
