Delayed double debit refund

I am extremely dissatisfied with the prolonged and frustrating experience I’ve had trying to get my refund processed through PayFast. Despite multiple back-and-forth communications and providing all the required documentation, including Webafrica’s approval to release the payment, the refund is still being delayed Claiming they are waiting on Vumatel to approve the release of the payment . They are so quick to reply on the review just but they never follow up and make sure that case resolved.

Every time I follow up, I’m met with more excuses and no real progress. The process has dragged on far longer than acceptable, and it feels like I’m being taken in circles with no resolution in sight. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially when everything on Webafrica’s side has already been cleared.

As a customer, I expected far better service from a payment provider like PayFast. This entire experience has left me feeling ignored, undervalued, and extremely frustrated. I sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible, because this is not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with.
