CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

I am hoping this get the attention so that my payment can be sorted out. I paid for our internet voucher with Cool Ideas via payfast. We not allowed to call as they working from home during the lockdown. WELL GUESS WHAT!!!!! so am I and my ISP is threatening to switch me off if payment is not reflected. All relevant documentation was emailed to payfast and may tickets logged and not ONE person has provided feedback.
