Customer Service Agents: unavailable
I've been trying to get hold of someone in customer service the entire day to no avail. If you phone, you just get told that the customer service agents are all busy. The chatbot is useless. I've sent a service request on the site. Hopefully someone gets back to me as I need to refund a customer who paid through the portal and I'm having a bit of a problem.

02 Aug 2024, 14:36AGAIN!!! How do I actually get hold of you guys without having to go through this platform????? If you phone and hold reception, no one answers but the reception mail box is full. This is probably one of the most annoying companies I've actually had to deal with.
