Charged R115 'inactivity fee' per month for an account I wasn't aware of

I am being charged an 'inactivity fee' for an account I didn't even know I had. They won't reply to my emails about this. Their website clearly states 'no monthly fees' or extra charges other than those specified. I am livid.
