Change your name from payfast to payslow

It's been over a week since I was told to send in my documents to verify my account, the website says verification of documents take 3 working days but it's been over a week and it still says verification pending, now how does this make any sense that they don't consider people who needs to use their money with urgency, change your company's name from payfast to payslow because your name don't reflect your poor and slow service. You guys need to work with sense of urgency because you dealing with people, it's my first time and I'm already very disappointed.
