Bad service

PayFast claims to have "fast" service yet I've been waiting for almost a week to receive my funds. I started using their service because of how fast and efficient they claim to be yet it's actually quite the opposite, a customer purchased items to the value of R20000, I received a confirmation from PayFast stating that the payment had been received, I delivered the goods the next morning.. On the day PayFast was supposed to release my funds, I received an email an hour before saying that I "should not act on the transaction " and that "documents are required for extra vetting", I've sent through all the requested documents and yet they still holding onto my funds. Their service is not easy and efficient and definitely not fast. I do not recommend using it if you value your time especially if your business relies on the daily cash flow.
