Bad customer service

I made an purchase at takealot and the money was deducted by payfast from my bank account. I later cancelled the order after realising I ordered the wrong product. I didn't get a refund and I contacted takealot about the refund. They told me they had not received my payment for the order and gave me an email address for payfast to enquire with it. I sent an email to payfast twice about a refund and I have not received any response from them.
