Awesome and professional service

After the horrible service I had with with the Gift Factory. I called Payfast as I paid with my credit card to them. I spoke to Linique (The sales representative) on Monday morning, she advised me that they will contact The Gift Factory and the turnaround time is two working days. Wednesday morning Linique contacted me to follow up if I received any correspondence from the Merchant and I said no, after lunch time I received an email from The Gift Factory that my order was finalised. I can confirm that I finally received my order and I got all the items I ordered.
