Payfast is letting illegitimate businesses use their portal, I paid R4998.00 to some company called V-tel and now cannot even get of this said business. I doubt they do proper vetting on their users. Be careful of businesses using payfast

23 Jan 2025, 13:59Thank you Kaylin from Payfast for assisting and phoning the merchant, turns out the company is operating under a different name now but the IT did not update contact details hence I struggled to get through. I have my device and very much sorted.
