Asked for keys and got 41 page api documentation

I called and asked for the needed keys for my clients website, using the woocommerce plugin and was directed to their 41 page api documentation.

It's just as good as a client asking me for their website login details, but I refer them to a manual on building their own website.

I'm not sure if the staff (Sebastian Matthews) knows their job or if they are unwilling to assist.

However, on more than one occasion the staff has proven unfriendly.

As a web designer for a large company, I will definitely not refer any more clients to you guys!
