Angered by Eco essentials and Payfast

A month ago I bought hair products from at Eco Essentials unknowingly knowing that they aren't currently operating until I didn't receive my package for over two weeks and decided to call their phone isn't going through. Although the what makes me mad is that upon reading reviews from other unsatisfying client it is clear that Payfast is aware of this and they're still taking clients moneys...All I want is for Payfast to refund me back my money as it is clear that I'll never get the products I've bought. Such service really discredits other businesses which provide online purchase!!!
