Amazing Customer Care

Normally Hello Peter is only used when you have had a negative experience with business but today I have to give credit where credit is due.

We had an issue with a merchant we ordered from and the payment was done through Payfast.

The Merchant has been an absolute nightmare and been horrible to work with. But that's not the point of this review.

Payfast went above and beyond to help us try and resolve the issue I was honestly shocked by how amazing their customer service representative Terri K was. She went above and beyond and contacted us nearly daily following up making sure we were kept up to date with what was happening and where it had progessed.
